the old wives tale goes. . .
Are your breast differing sizes while pregnant? It is said that if they are of unequal sizes it points to a specific gender prediction.
Now we have to be honest with you here. This wasn’t an old wives tale we at bright pregnancy had heard of, and while researching it we found their was very conflicting information as to which gender was associated to which breast being larger.
As far as we understand the tale states, if your right breast is the larger, it’s a girl. If it’s your left breast that’s larger, it’s a boy.

Even before researching this tale, it very far fetched to believe this has any bearing on the gender of your baby. It is very possible that with the changes in your breasts during pregnancy that they will get bigger, and also possible that one may become larger than the other. Bodies aren’t symmetrical so it is very unlikely that even a non-pregnant woman’s boobs will be exactly the same size. In fact many woman will have one boob slightly bigger than the other.
It’s very easy to forget that they are exactly as the title suggests, just tales. As with all of these old wives tales, we are more than happy to be proven wrong.
